Gator was the 12th Labrador Retriever since 1942 to have a Best in Show and Best in Specialty Show!
Gator was the 2nd Labrador Retriever with all of that and a Junior Hunter title !
Gator finished with 3 majors by the age of 22 months and went on to Canada to be UN-defeated finishing his Canadian Championship in 3 shows with Best of Breed awards and Group Placements. To date he has over 100 Best of Breeds, 45 Group Placements including 12 Group 1's all under different judges. He also received a Best in Show on May 29, 1999 at the South Dade Kennel Club in Miami Florida under Judge Tom Conway of California and a Best in Specialty Show at the Twin Cities Labrador Retriever Club in Minnesota in January of 2000.
Gator took a Judges Award of Merit at the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club in 1999. He also sired many service dogs.
